While WOW Cabs Ltd will try its best to connect you with the transport (independently contracted driver ) you in accordance with the time and date of your specified booking, it does not guarantee it will be able to do so. Delays may happen for a range of reasons, including but not limited to traffic congestion, weather, high demand etc.

Wow Cabs Ltd excludes any financial liability (to the extent permitted by law) for any costs or expenses incurred by the customer as a result of failure to reach any destination or schedule on time. It is the customer's responsibility when making a booking to allow adequate extra time for unforeseen delays. Baggage must be small. (unless the customer tell wow cab 24 hours prior to booking)

Long distant bookings must be pre-paid by credit card 

The cancellation Fee is 40% within 14 hours of booking.

Cancellations less than 14 hours notice are non-refundable.

Wow Cabs Ltd reserves the right to; 

* Refuse service to customers who do not respect the driver and behave badly toward other people 

* Refuse service to passengers who are accompanied with animals unless special arrangements and noted prior to the booking 

You will be responsible for the cost of repair for damage to, or necessary cleaning of, vehicles and property resulting from your use of our Services under your Account(name) damages and necessary cleaning ("Repair or Cleaning"). In the event that a Repair or Cleaning request is verified by wow cab wow cab reserves the right to facilitate payment for the reasonable cost of such Repair or Cleaning using your payment method designated in your Account(name). Such amounts, as well as those pertaining to lost and found goods, will be transferred by wow cab to a Third Party Provider, if applicable, and are non-refundable

Passengers who require additional assistance to lift them into or out of the vehicle must make their own arrangements for these services at their Pickup and Drop off Points. For reasons of driver health and safety, drivers are not permitted to participate nor they are trained in carrying passengers into or out of Vehicles.

WOW CAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RELATED TO, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR OTHERWISE RESULTING FROM ANY USE OF THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE NEGLIGENCE (EITHER ACTIVE, AFFIRMATIVE, SOLE, OR CONCURRENT) OF WOW CAB, EVEN IF WOW CAB HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR ABILITY TO OBTAIN TRANSPORTATION, LOGISTICS AND/OR DELIVERY SERVICES THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES DOES NOT ESTABLISH WOW CAB AS A PROVIDER OF TRANSPORTATION, LOGISTICS OR DELIVERY SERVICES OR AS A TRANSPORTATION CARRIER.

wow cabs do not provide transport services. Transport services are provided by drivers under a contract (with you the passenger) for the carriage. Drivers provide transport services on an independent basis (either in person or via a company) as economic and professional service providers. Disputes arising from consumer rights, legal obligations or from law applicable to the provision of transport services will be resolved between the passengers and drivers and wow cab  will not be held responsible

You agree to fully indemnify and hold wow cab and partners, their affiliated companies, representatives, employees and directors harmless from any claims or losses (including liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses of any nature) that they suffer as a result of your use of our services.
